Wolenski Law, LLC.

Attorney Cost.

Generally, the cost of a case increases with the length and complexity of a case. Fees should be agreed upon before the attorney begins work and should be outlined in the Fee Agreement.

Wolenski Law typically engages two types of fee arrangements:
The first is a retainer, where the client pays a sum up front. The attorney places that sum into the client’s trust account. Then the attorney bills their hourly rate against that retainer as they complete work. If the retainer runs out, the client is charged for each additional hour of work.

On the other hand, if there is money left over, the funds are returned to the client. The second fee arrangement is a flat fee. In this arrangement, the client pays a sum of money to the attorney, regardless of how many hours the attorney works.
